INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP PRIVATE INSTRUCTION
Individual and group sessions are designed for kids, teens, parents and families to develop introductory yoga skills including alignment or to deepen and personalize a practice. The recommended length of sessions is one hour for students under twelve and, however hour-plus sessions can be made available for teens, parents and families. Sessions can take place individually and in small groups (six students or less). Props and mats are included and available for all sessions.
YOGA IN YOUR SCHOOL
Whether it be playful yoga sessions, interactive brain breaks or yoga-based classroom transitions and teaching techniques, I have facilitated yoga classes during the school day in both public and private schools across the country and led teacher trainings for both yoga and classroom teachers to develop mindful teaching strategies. I suggest booking a class pack for the number of classes or brain breaks you would like and recommend requesting a workshop for mindful teaching strategies.
Give the gift of yoga to your child. Together, we will work to theme your party around your child's personal interests and explore movement games and community building in a 1-2 hour session. Mats, props and party favors are provided.
